Ana from Pink Nounou has sent us this great tutorial for a reversible bag. Ana makes gorgeous brightly colored and incredibly cute creatures, baby and children accessories, bags, pouches, mobiles and illustrations. You can see them all on her website.
Nounou Reversible Fabric Bag
You will need:
-Two different types of patterned fabrics
-Colored felt for decorative flower
-Binding
-Sewing tape
1 – Place the fabrics together fold and then cut out a bag
shape. Pleat the red dots rectangular fabric.
2 Cut out the felt flower and leaf. Pint to the bag and sew in place.
4- Sew around the edge of
the the red dots fabric, print side facing in.
5 - Sew around the big colored dots fabric, print side facing in.
6 - Turn the red dots fabric to the right side and put the
lining inside.
7 - Attach the strap by placing between the two layers and then going to the next step.
7 - Sew them together along
with the top, gathering them a bit.
8 - Sew the bias tape on top of the hems.
9- And your reversible Nounou children bag is ready!!
