I am glad I found this. I use to make these years ago and they are fantastic. I have fooled many a meat eating friends with these! I am going to make some tonight!

This is a whole new recipe for all the vegetarian people out there. I think it would be nice if you added parsley to the recipe. It would help balanced out the salty flavor of the cheese and it will add up a mild minty flavor to it. It's just my opinion, though. This recipe looks delicious as it is.
